We arrived at St. John at about 1pm and checked into our hotel, the Chateau St. John. Our room is really fabulous. Then we went down to the harbour, walked around then stopped where the blue umbrellas are here and had a wine (Bonnie) and a couple of beers (Joe).
We actually got lost trying to get back to the hotel, which was only about a kilometre from our drinking spot, but then we got Richard (the GPS) out of the glove box and he directed us.
Bonnie was waiting for a bus to go back to the hotel for quite a while (I think she had a premonition of our return trip) but we ended up driving back. The people waiting at the bus stop were not too friendly though.
Joe made friends with some of the local people.
We are not sure which of the people to the left is Bonnie, but the real trick is to find Joe.
That's him in disguise at the front with the tie.
He looks quite good.
