We left the Lake District for a leisurely drive up to East Kilbride (near Glasgow). The 1st part of the drive was quite picturesque, through rolling hills and valleys, along narrow curvy roads and finally onto the motorway. The rest of the route was uneventful until we got about 15 miles from Elinor's house in East Kilbride. The GPS went blank again! Bonnie talked Emily into co-operating and we did arrive in the early afternoon. In time to enjoy a sunny afternoon in the garden.
Tomorrow its off to the local mall.
